Payment Policy

We must receive full payment 7 days prior to travel. This means any cheques must be cleared before 7 days of travel.
If a customer makes a late booking, i.e. makes a booking less than 7 days prior to travel; payment is required in full at time of booking.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Accounts can be set up with monthly itemised billing. Payment is due 14 days after invoices are issued.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, New Years Eve and New Years Day a 50% surcharge will apply to all bookings.
