Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be made.
If a booking is cancelled between less than 24 hours, but more than 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time a 50% charge will apply.
If a booking is cancelled less than 8 hours before pick up is scheduled the full fee will be charged. No refund will be given.
If a customer fails to arrive at the time and place directed per the booking confirmation email, no refunds will be made.
